Please book your room immediately, if you haven’t yet. The hotel’s room block cut off is Thursday April 14, and we have not reached the contracted number of room nights. Help US. Help YOURSELF. Help EACH OTHER, and we look forward to seeing you!

Get in touch with Charlotte. If we’re compelled to pay for rooms, we want fans in them! Long-time con members and people who would like to stay at the hotel but for whom room expenses are off-putting, let’s see if we can make a deal. J
Online-only (or past) ATTENDEES
Consider donating at room. Worst-case, you support the convention by helping us make our room block and keeping the cost of the hotel contract bearable. Best case, more potential scholarship recipients get more support to participate in a fan-created, fan-organized, and fan-centered convention experience. (How? Just book a room through the Escapade site like normal, and email Charlotte. We’ll work out any details after the contract cut-off date is handled—including advising you to cancel your reservation if we’ve filled the block.)
