Panel Suggestions
Panel Submission forms are open! Rush, don’t stroll, to submit your panel suggestions for Escapade 34. Long-time Escapade attendees know that almost ALL of the programming comes from the panel suggestions YOU offer up.
COVID Policy
Short-form CoVid Policy 2024 (Escapade 34):
Boosters required
Masks optional
Current CoVid boosters (as of September 2023 or later) are required to attend. (If you don’t know how to show proof, we’ll help you.)
Because the boosters are required, masks are optional in almost all spaces. If you choose to mask everywhere, we support you fully and recommend N95 or equivalent to best protect yourself and others. If you choose not to mask, you are free to do so. The complete CoVid Policy can be found here.
For those of you who are excited to be mask-free (and maybe able to hear better in the panels), we know you will respect the needs of people who do mask, and support them with whatever social distancing they request.
Hotel Info
Double Queen rooms are still available! The link from the Escapade site pre-selects for a full week, so just edit the dates to see available double queens. If you have ANY trouble, please call the hotel directly at 310-215-1000. (Don’t let them transfer you to reservations, make sure you speak to a representative at our hotel) and they should be able to help you. Tell them you’re with Escapade (group code: CESESC).
