The Escapade panel schedule is posted. Go here to view the schedule and begin planning your weekend: https://escapadecon.net/panels-32/ You can see the worldwide schedule in a grid format, with a tab for each time zone here: day 1, day 2, day 3.
Did your panel not make the cut? Did something catch your interest after panels suggestions closed? We have Do-It-Yourself (DIY) options where you can put a panel together yourself either In-Person or Online. Find a slot marked “Available” in the worldwide (grid) schedule ( day 1, day 2, day 3). Claim a slot for your panel by sending us an email to infoescapadecon.net.
All we need is:
- a catchy title
- a description
- your preferred format (in person or online), and
- your preferred time, and a backup. Open slots are filled on a “first come, first served” basis.
DIY requests received by 5 PM PT on Wednesday April 20 will be included in the program book and the hardcopy convention schedule.
Between April 20 and 27, DIY requests can still be added to the digital schedules by emailing to infoescapadecon.net.
Starting April 28, when we transition con operations to the hotel, in-person attendees can submit DIY panel requests to volunteers in the Consuite; anyyone can put a request on the Escapade 32 Discord or the Year-Round Escapade Discord in the #help-desk channels.
Once your DIY panel is scheduled, be sure to let everyone know it’s happening!
- Invite your friends
- Announce it in the Escapade 32 Discord or the Year-Round Escapade Discord.
- If you’re attending in person, the Consuite has giant post-its and markers you can use to advertise your panel to in-person attendees.
