Did your panel not make the cut? Did something catch your interest after panels suggestions closed? We have a plan for that! Find a slot marked “Available” in the schedule and claim it for your panel or gathering using the “Sign Up for Available Slots” tab on the schedule.
Requests received by Saturday 2/15 will be listed in the printed schedule at the convention. All we need in order to add it to the schedule is a catchy title, a description, and your preferred choice of time. Open slots are filled on a “first come, first served” basis, so please pick two time slots that would work for you, and we’ll try to give you your first choice.
After 2/15, you can still sign up for open slots, but it will have to be written in at the convention. And finally, you can always create a meet-up on the fly. Just grab some friends and a sign, find a table in the lobby/atrium, and you’re good to go! So check out the schedule, consider whether you want to schedule something in an open panel slot, and enjoy thinking about all the fun programming you can attend during the weekend!
